Traffic Accident
my sister got into an accident yesterday she is under age (17) no license and the car has no registration or insurance and the car was giving to me by my mother in law, i want to know what my happen? and if my in laws are responsible? thank you.

If you are the registered owner of the car, the person who was injured or the person who owned the property that was damaged can sue you personally. You probably need to speak to an attorney immediately. If the other person had insurance, their insurance may pay for the damages, but they will then sue you.
