Traffic citation
Traffic citation for failure to stop at a red light, which I don't remember (I can't remember the last time I went through a red light, even as a mistake. It's been over six months since I was even close). Then I couldn't even remember the intersection. Insurance lapse on the same ticket.

If you don't recall ever being cited then you need to call the court and find out if some mistake has been made. If one has you may have to go to the court to get it straightened out. If you did run the light you need to either pay the ticket, go to traffic school, or fight the ticket. If you do nothing a warrant for your arrest will be issued.
