vehicle code section 22349(a) sets max speed at 65 unless posted otherwise.
vehicle code section 12951 (a) the driver of a motor vehicle must have a valid driver's license on their person. This license must be produced upon demand by police etc.
vehicle 16028(a) the driver of a vehicle must have proof of insurance present when driving and must produce this proof when requested.
