Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
Traffic Court
I am fighting a red light ticket. The officer postponed due to an illness. I think he postponed because he knows I have a solid case against him. Why is the officer allowed to postpone and why don't I have the same right. The judge did not give me any other option besides having my time waived. It was a waste of time for me to go to court when they should have notified me. What are my rights and options in this situation.
Thank you.

Re: Traffic Court
its too late, you should never waive time. www.nolo.com has a good book on fighting tickets.
