Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
Is traffic law common law?
Are the California traffic laws considered ''common law'' according to the Constitution of the US?
If so then does Amendment VII apply and I can demand a trial by jury, even for a speeding ticket.

No. You are not entitled to a trial by jury.
