Legal Question in Traffic Law in California

my husband was recently involved in a accident he was making a left hand turn and the other guy ran a red light and hit the passenger door. the other driver takes full responsiblity for the accident. But my husband has a suspended licenses and the vehicle is registered to my parents. Both vehicles are fully insured, should my parents higher an attorney so they dont get sued or what can we expect out of this

As far as getting sued by the other party, your insurance company will give you a free lawyer if need be.
If your husband was injured in the accident, even a little bit, he should consult a lawyer without delay. Watch out for legal time limits!
