Traffic suspended my license

I got in a car accident in June 2008. I was hit on the drivers side by an 18 year old while she was making a left hand turn. She struck my vehicle when I was going straight on green. Every Attorney I get. they get my case and then drop it. The police report falsifies that I was at fault. How cld that be, I was taken to the hospital could not breath and all I can remember is that this girl managed to get a friend to lie that she was not at fault and the witness disconnected her number. The young girl was consoled by the officer and hour later. My credit is messed up because of this now I owe GMAC 9,000.00. I am loosing my house. Please help I need someone to fight for me not against me. Progressive Insurance I had full coverage don't want to cover me for my damages and the case was left how it was. I am still hurt its been a year. Can I do anything about it? I now have no license because of this and I need my license to make ends meet. I work in Los Angeles and I got a car with my Aunt Cosigning for me. She is 85 years old. I pay 404 for a PTA cruiser and I can't drive. What do I do? I want my car paid and I want my license. I am a victm. Please Help...Please somebody...
