Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
I am a truck driver and received a ticket for a local municipal code violation in Torrance, CA for driving on a street which was not allowed to have large trucks on it. However, I was directly following the directions given to me by my employer while making a delivery. I no longer work for that employer. Can I get out of this ticket? Thanks.
