Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
UK speeding ticket
I received a speeding ticket after returning home to Ca from the UK.
Apparently from a speed camera.
The only way they offer to handle it is to give the drivers information so they can charge 3 penalty points, as well as a fine, or I can return to England and fight it. I am willing to pay the fine, but I do not want to send my license information, and not sure how to handle it. Do penalty points in England show up on any USA information?

I do not believe that the UK is part of the "Interstate Compact" for notice to the California DMV.
