Legal Question in Traffic Law in California

Unlawful entries on my crimminal record

I have two driving on a suspended licence that I never recieved a ticket for or notified of any court date. The second one I was in a accedent and hit another car. I waited for the police, but I had to go so I left all my information ie: licence, insurance, and a written statement that I take full responsibility. The others used my insurance to take care of there car so I kown they retained my info. The Police still sited me for a hit and run and there is a warrent out for my arrest for it. How can that be when I did stop and sign a confesion admiting guilt and gave them all my info which they took full advantage of? How can I clear this up and how can they say they sited me and I had a hearing I knew nothing about. so I was fined for not showing up. What can I do now about the ticket I got for driving without a licence that I never recieved and the hit and run that I didnt commit?

The only method of resolving these situations is to go to court. You have the right to be represented by an attorney. Unless you do something about this the warrant it will still be out there and at some point you will be arrested and put in jail.
