Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
Vechicle Towing in California.
I'm a student in Santa Barbara California, with Pennsylvania tags and registration for my car. I was pulled over yesterday for an illegal u-turn, and the officer was completely rude to me, told me nothing, and after taking about 25 minutes to run my liscense came back to say get out of the car its being towed. He cited me for being an unlicsensed driver, and i beleive this is where he is at fault. Should i have got a registration or something like that ticket? i dont understand how i am classified as an unliscensed driver if all my paperwork and liscense from PA are legit.
