Vehicle 30 day hold

Help, my brother was driving my car without my permission while I was out of town and the car was impounded with a 30 day hold due to his license being suspended. What are my options as far as getting the hold released?

Re: Vehicle 30 day hold

Contact the police agency that impounded the vehicle and explain the situation to the officer in charge. Be prepared to explain how your brother was able to obtain the keys to the vehicle. Provide evidence that you were out of town at the time his drove the vehicle.
