Vehicle Registration/Release of Liability
I sold a car two years ago..the new owner took too long to reg to her name and received two parking tickets..My credit has been HIT BAD..n I dont have any forms (Bill of sale) What can I DO?? I contacted the old buyer and she is not willing to send me the paper work..DMV can't help and the collections agency will ONLY take Title or original bill of sale....PLEASE HELP!

You should have sent the dmv a notice of transfer of the vehicle to the other party. It is probably to late to do anything about it now. The only option I can see is to sue her in small claims court in an attempt to recoup your loss.
