Re: vehicle towing and release

You are responsible for your vehicle. If the person was driving the vehicle with your permission then you are responsible and must pay the impound fees and fines. If the person did not have your permission to drive the vehicle and you report it to the police, you may be able to get the car returned early. Otherwise you need to arrange to pay the tow yard or your car will be sold and you will sued for the deficiency.
