Vehilcle Registration

I do not have a copy of my form

Reg 138 for the DMV. What can I do

to get my name removed for this

vehicle? I do not know the buyers

name or address.

If you were once the registered owner of a vehicle that has been transferred you must fill out a form commonly referred to as a "release of liability." Go to DMV and ask them for this form and explain the particulars of your situation to them. There might be some administrative hurdles to jump before you are removed from the vehicle's title.
