Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
warrant retraction
i have multiple traffic violations that have turned into warrants they consist of driving with suspended speeding and some minor infractions how do i retract warrants for these violations so i can appear fo just the tickets and not the warrants also???

You would have to go to court and set court dates for each of these tickets. Normally the warrant will not be recalled unless you pay the fine when the case is set for a hearing.
