Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
My wife has been supervising my daughter (who has no permit) in practicing her driving in California. She is in the car with her in the passenger seat. She does this in a large parking lot where there are no cars. Is there a penalty for this? Can she be put in jail or have the car impounded?
