Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
Wreckless driving?
How many miles over the speed limit do you have to be going for it it be considered wreckless driving? Can i fight it if i was on the fast lane and there was a car to the right of me, when the cop said he got me speeding, yet he clocked me from the other side of the other car (maybe he clocked the other car).
