Wreckless Driving
My son(18yrs) got a ticket for wreckless driving. We were trying to get it reduced to an infraction but the peoples rep declined. now we are going to trial. what should i expect. becasue of financial reasons we only have a public defendant helping us.

Ask the public defender. That is the person that knows the facts of your sons case. If found guilty the penalty can range from a fine to county jail and a suspension of his driver's license. The sentencing practices of the local court and trial judge would also be factors in determining the penalty.
