in 08/2011 i had asked my mother and sister for help with my 3 kids because i had a mental break down and was put on medication that made me sleep alot and made me alot more violent. From 08/2011 until now my mother, sister and son's father made cps reports with lies and situation blown out of paportion. cps came to my home twice between08/2011 to 01/2012. the socail worker was only talking to my fsmily instead of me. i was ignored and the 30 day window cps has to investagate reported emergencies lasted 45 or more.cps helped my familyhide my older son for 3 monthsi nwas i was tricked into signing the guardianship papers. they took advantage of the fact that i was onmedication for the first time so i wassnt thinking clear. i wasnt served with anything my mom cut me off from seeing my daughter way before the first hearing.i was told i had no rights to my daughter.she didnt tell me when court was her and my daughters dad teamed up. i asked her many times. before she had rights she had a birthday party for my daughter and hide that from me and my younger son. she put a restraining order on me against my daughter and her right after court. i told her many times i wanted to stop meds cuz i felt real weird and more violent she told me tonot stop it takes time she known all sie effects and and used that againsted me. restrainin order was dropped only for my daughter and the option of counselin is optional for her and i. she tells melies everytime i ask for a visit she she said i can call but never answers my calles when i do and now she says i have to write her letters only and when im consistant maybe i can visit her. i use to call for visits almost everyday and she always says no. there is so much more i need help with that i left out

You need to make an appointment to meet with an attorney in the county where the guardianship matter is being heard. An attorney needs to review all the documentation related to the guardianship in order to give you an opinion as to what your options are and what you need.
You might also check with the local Bar Association to see if they have a free program you could use. Never lose hope- you will get your kids back if you do what the judge tells you is necessary to regain custody.
