3 children inherit house from parent, now deceased. 2 girls, 1 boy. boy did not want house--asked sisters to buy him out. sister agreed. one sister paid brother, other did not. sister that did not pay, died. is husband of sister who did not pay, who inherited everything, obligated to pay wifes brother?

Brother has to make a written demand on the administrator of sister's estate and has only one year to file suit for breach of oral agreement.
