Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
I am 55 no longer disabled woman receiving no benefits and stuck with an inheritance i cannot touch because it was put into a special needs trust with my sister as trustee so i would not lose my benefits. I am not receiving benefits and now struggling with startup businesses due to pandemic. Sister won't dissolve or restructure trust and has lost almost half with bad investments and now has me on strict budget how can I get more realistic monthly allowance that i can control myself rather than beg her for every single thing i need to buy like a child.

You would have to file a proceeding to dissolve the trust or remove her as trustee. You may have a right to reimbursement from her for the bad investments as well.
