Unless you have an agreement to the contrary, everyone is entitled to live there without having to pay rent to the others, as you are an owner of the entire property. It is like a big sofa placed before 4 people. Each of you has the right to sit on it and even spread out to cover the entire sofa, but if one of the others asks to sit on it you must let them sit downt. you not allowed to damage the sofa, and you can sell your right to it,but you can not recover it without the others permission. If all agree or one gets a court order,to sell the sofa, you get 1/4th of the money received.

If you have present interest, whether it is in a tenancy in common or joint tenancy, you are entitled to the full possession and enjoyment of the property.
