Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

15 years ago i purchased a home with my wife . Since i was not a legal citizen at the time i used a fake name and social securtiy number. i current with all payments. I would like to change the records under my legal name and social securtiy. How do i go about change the records to my correct name and is there any consenquences that i may face with the banks ? I my wife and I are over 65 and our property where we live and in question in is in Los angeles Californa

I think notifying the bank that they were defrauded is a really bad idea, especially in the current declining market.
