Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
My 93 yr old Grandmother was prescribed Pradaxa Feb 2011 and she was dead by Feb 2014, what we both suffered was horrific. She deteriorated initially within 2 days yet never stopped growing weaker and meaner. Unkown to me she breached our caregiver agreement and removed me from a $1 million inheritance that she had me rely upon to be caregiver to her! sadly fighting family for my hard earned money that was my sense of future security! I have alawyer who gets 33% to 40% looks like! so even if I win I lost already.
