Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

AB Trust - first grantor died in 1999 and an EIN was established for bank account for his portion. Second grantor died last month. She had two bank accounts under her SS# in the trust. I need a new EIN for those two accounts, correct? When completing the SS-4, do I indicate it is needed for a trust or an estate? For the existing account with an EIN. May I as trustee distribute directly from that account to the beneficiaries?
