Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Abandoned Vehicle In Probate and Of Course In Pro Per

If I had an attorney in my situation, I wouldn't need to seek legal/legit suggestions on the net.So please excuse me, if it appears to be a waste of time or a ignorant question. What might be the scandalous attempts from scammers, by deliberately leaving a vehicle on a residential property in a Probate matter? They aren't neighbors, nor have they paid a penny since their abadonment. What legal forms/petitions/etc.(if any)are needed to be filed, to be sure to safeguard the estate.A couple of years worth storing fees elsewhere, wouldn't be cheap nor free.

Sorry this is far too complicated the situation without sufficient facts to give you any kind of answer in written form. It would be instructions which may not be carried out properly, may not be understood properly, and could be the wrong instructions because there isn't enough information. If you wish to hire me as an attorney I would be more than happy to try and help you.i have been practicing law in this speciality for over 30 years in the san francisco bay area and if you wish to consult with me you can contact me at 925-945-6000.
