Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
I have an Abstract of Judgment - Civil and Small Claims issued on April 25, 2016. I just received notice that the property was sold at auction and if I wanted to pursue my claim that I needed to submit a form within 30 days. My question is whether I can request interest since the amount owing has been outstanding since last year? Thank you.
