Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
i have an account in my name thats for my minor son, who's father was killed in a motorcycle accident. the account is for me to take care of things that he my need. the only thing is everytime i need some of the money i have to petition the court for money, i have never got any of the money sence they gave it to us; now i need some of it, how do i go about petitioning the court??

That sounds like it is a blocked minors account, which is not your money. The money is for your son. Petitions for withdrawal of funds from a blocked account require special procedures, and a justification for the withdrawal. You claiming you need the money is inappropriate.
