My Grandparents passes some time ago, and My mother and aunt are the executors , will states '' if mother predeases the SurvivingSettlor 2/12 of the Trust shall be held in trust for me until shee reaches the age of 30 at which time it shall be disbursed to her free of trust.'' I am now 36 and was 32 when grandparents passed and I beleive that they put that money in a trust anyways is their some thing I can do to get what I am entitled?? Have they been negligent on there executor duties?

I can't be sure without seeing the will, but it sounds like the 2/12 gift would occur only if your mother had died before your grandparents.

If the money is in an irrevocable trust that has you as a beneficiary, you are entitled to get a copy of that trust.

Still, you should have someone review the original trust to be sure.
