Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

How soon must act after order of final distribution?

The court finally entered an order of ''final distribution'' for my aunt's estate (she died almost four years ago). The order tells the PR that he must distribute per the will, but it doesn't say by WHEN. Is there some statutory time period that automatically applies?

No. If the distribution is not forthcoming in a reasonably short time, your attorney should apply to the court for a more specific order.
