Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

We need to add 3 names to our trust. Our attorney called it "amendment to Trust". Do you have the forms for amendments?

There are no forms that I know of, they need to be drafted. Have your attorney draft them or another attorney. Contact me directly.

There is no "form" and it has to be drafted by an attorney. If you are just adding three names it should be relatively inexpensive for your attorney to do this. Hiring another attorney would be more expensive as they would need to be sure that everything else was done right in the Trust so they would not be exposed to any claims later. If you would like us to review the documents with you, please call me.
