Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

need some advice

My father recently past away and my siblings protested his living trust will and won naming my oldest sister administrator to his estate. It was also determined that his house would be sold and each of us would receive equal amount from it's sale. My son & I whom for the past 6 years had been residing in my father's home & taking care of him until his passing on had been served notice to move from such home by the attorney to my sister now in control. Is this legal? Also...since moving out and having to store alot of our belongings I've been also served a 15 day notice to remove personal property. Which I have been given very little time allowed on the property in order to comply with. Not to mention that my sisters & their husbands have been throwing out my belongings with out my approval claiming them as part of dad's estate. What can I do?

A 15 day notice is inadequate. Did you challenge the living trust contest? Call me directly at (619) 222-3504.
