Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
Affidavits of death
My mother passed away almost a year ago. I am now DPOA of my father. I was never informed if i need to file a Affidavits of death to get mothers name off home. Left now only in fathers name. Does it make a difference to do now or later.

Re: Affidavits of death
Unless you are going to sell or refinance the property, the timing doesn't matter. You will need the death certificate at that time.
