Affiidavit

I have a friend in San Jose, CA. She inherited some oil rights via a Trust in North Dakota. What kind of Affidavit does she need in North Dakota?

If the oil rights are in North Dakota, your friend will need to ask a North Dakota probate lawyer; a California lawyer wouldn't know the answer.
