Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

i cant afford another probate attorney! after my dad died my sister moved into my parents house and i took her to mediation and gave her two yrs to buy me out or i would take the note on a 4plex that she went in on with my father. My attorney never filed with the courts and have been giving me the run around and i still havent recieved the deed to the 4 plex. Im also coming to find out the my sister has taken two loans out on the 4plex while it was still in the family trust . My question is ......what steps do i need to have this fixed

Any attorney who took your money and did not file anything with the court needs to be reported to the California State Bar. You can find a complaint form at their website.
