Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Can one amend an ILIT to add another trustee under PC 15404 without court order? If so, what does "all beneficiaries" mean. Does it include contingent beneficiaries, who may be minors? If that is the case, is a guardian adlitem required, or can the parent of the minor, who is the primary beneficiary, make decisions for his children (contingent beneficiaries) without court approve or appointment of a guardian adlitem?

Probably not but it depends on what the Trust provides. Contingent beneficiaries generally would be excluded
