Can you do an amendment to your existing living trust in your handwriting and have it notorized and filed with your living trust? Will the request be honored?

If you follow the section in your Trust for amending the Trust, the fact that it is handwritten instead of typed, is of no consequence where, as here, you are following the formal steps to verify this is your intent to amend and not some notes for potential action. I see it as valid if you do these things.
