Application for executor of estate
how do i apply to be named the executor of an estate? The will says everything goes to me.

No probate is needed if the estate assets are valued less than the statutory threshold, $100,00 in California, and $50,000 of personal property and $75,000 of real estate in Arizona. The applicable law is the state of residence of the decedent.

you will likely need to file a petition for probate with the superior court in the county in which the decendent resided.
