Attorney in fact liable for hospital bills?

I am wondering if the Attorney in fact designated in my will would be liable for the hospital bills after I pass away.

Re: Attorney in fact liable for hospital bills?

Not because of being attorney in fact. Only if the person has a general power of appointemnt or receives assets from your estate, or if the person is otherwise personally liable (such as they sign a promise to pay) would they be liable.
