attorney fees for services
I want to know what services can I be charged for by my attorney?
Can he charge for consutling with another attornry at length?
Can he charge me for reviewing a file month after month.
Can he charge me for having another attorney review my file?

Yes, if you say he can! If you don't like it go to another attorney ASAP. Make sure it is someone who specializes in your type of legal issue, however.
