Is the attorney working on a probate case considered to be the attorney of the heirs to the estate?

No. The attorney who represents the administrator or the executor is the attorney for the administrator and executor only. The heirs or beneficiaries have to have separate counsel even if one of the heirs or beneficiaries is the administrator or executor.

No. The attorney represents the executor or administrator of the estate, not the other heirs/legatees.

No, the attorney reprsents the personal representative of the estate; though he/she does have certain duties to the heirs.
