Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

All of you attorneys are great, thanks.

A complete revocable living trust planning file. What could possibly be special letters? If property funds the trust, is there a copy of the deed? All paper work to transfer the property? The reason I ask is because I find that there are 137 papers involved with my fathers trust and I believe that is quite a lot of Thanks again

Without reviewing the documents it is impossible to know how to answer your questions. If your father has passed away and you are the successor trustee, you should work with an attorney to properly administer the trust. There are notices that must be sent and claims that must be paid before distributing assets to any residual beneficiaries.
