my aunt pass away in September and left me as a soul beneficiary on her pension can her sister stop or do anything to stop me from getting it

Probably not, unless there has been some pension rule violation by yourself or the deceased aunt in naming you the beneficiary of her pension. This does not mean the sister cannot file a claim, that will have to be examined by the administrator of the pension plan to make a decision confirming you as a beneficiary or some other decision.regarding the distribution of the pension benefits..
