Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

My aunt passed away 9-25-09, she owns a mobile home in a senior park. Her eldest son which is 57 lived with her to assist her in her illness.. She paid her space rent up until November. The park just gave my nephew a 7 day notice to leave. Can they do that to him?

If the park rules are that you have to be at least 60 to rent a space there, then they can force him to leave as he now is a resident as opposed to a care taker. The mobile home probably can remain until the rent payment runs out.
