if my aunt passes away, there is no will am i entitled to her estate. My mother is still alive

No, if you aunt dies with no will her intestate heirs are 1) spouse 2) children 3) parents 4) siblings. If she does not have 1, 2 or 3, your mom is next in line.

No. At the very least your mother is still alive, and would inherit as an intestate heir before you did.
