What is an average time frame for disbursement of funds to heirs after a home has closed escrow (and all paperwork has been turned in) on a probate property?

If the property is in probate in the courts, the executor cannot distribute funds without a court order. The petition has to petition the court, in a hearing requiring 30 days notice, for an order to approve the accounting (or waiver of accounting), attorney and administrator/executor fees, and directing the administrator/executor to distribute the money.

There is no average time. As Mr. Tillem stated, it all depends on the ability to obtain a court order approving the accounting and distribution schedule.
