Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
How do you begin to write an objection to guardianship?
2 Answers from Attorneys
Since I am a lawyer, I would conduct legal research on the issues, and then I would begin to write by opening up my word processor. You, on the other hand, are not a lawyer, you have no idea where to begin, and this isn't internet law school.
Your question does not contain enough facts to even point you in the right direction. Is the guardianship being sought over you or over someone you are related to? You should probably consult with a lawyer as these types of proceedings can be tricky and require a lot of specialized knowledge. I hope this helps.
