Mother set up Irrv Trust for Disabled adult only child and funded it yearly. Mother had Revocable Living trust with child as benef. Each trust had different trustee and now trustee of deceased trustors RLT wants to see entire contents of Irrv SNT with a completely differnt trustee. Powers of trustees of each trust are purely discretionary. Does one trustee have to show the other one the personal contents of the Irrv Trust? One trustee is private and one is a corporation.
