Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
All beneficaaries are dead
My uncle died in Kansas and all the beneficaries are dead. The executor is alive. That will happens to the estate. There are still family members alive, but none of them are listed in the will. Bob

Re: All beneficaaries are dead
if you can email me directly and let me know more about the situation, especially in respect to whether the instrument in question, whereas there are no living beneficiaries remaining, was a will or a trust, and i may be able to provide you with further legal assistance in this matter.
Re: All beneficaaries are dead
If your uncle died in Kansas, then the Kansas law would dictate what happens to his estate that is located there.
If he had any property in California, that portion would have to be probated in California.
